You must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor.
Your ticket purchase will be listed as ‘genU Charity’ on your credit card statement.
genU have a privacy policy which can be reviewed at genU Privacy Policy. All credit card details are secure using end to end encryption. genU does not sell or share any personal data with any other third parties.
Requests for ticket refunds will need written approval from the WA Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor and this process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.
It is a condition of entry that prize winners agree to have their name, suburb and photo published for publicity purposes. We include this condition to ensure high levels of transparency and trust.
