The following people are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Activ Board members, Executive Managers, ticket fulfilment staff and employees associated with the lottery draw. Any family members of the above residing at the same address are also prohibited from purchasing tickets.
A valid ticket holder is eligible to participate in the Activ Better Odds Lottery and win a prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.
By purchasing a ticket in this lottery, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity, as required if they are drawn as a prize winner.
Winners are responsible for claiming their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prize winners will be notified in writing. The total retail value of the prize pool is $261,025.
Ticket purchasers must be 18 years, or older and cannot purchase a ticket under the name, or for a minor.
Maximum number of tickets in the draw 17,000. All tickets $25.
Requests for ticket refunds will need written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor Commission and this process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.
The records held by Activ shall be deemed correct and final.
EARLY BIRD PRIZE
The Early Bird Prize winner will have the option to accept the Holiday to Tahiti for 2 valued at $55,000 or $50,000 in cash. The Early Bird Prize winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.
If the Early Bird Prize winner elects to take the Holiday to Tahiti, arrangements between Amity Travel Centre Floreat and the Early Bird Prize winner will commence immediately. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 12 months.
If the Early Bird Prize winner elects to take the $50,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by an Activ representative.
The Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Final Draw.
GRAND PRIZE
The Grand Prize winner will have the option to accept the Jaguar F-Type valued at $206,025 or $150,000 in cash. The Grand Prize winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.
If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the Jaguar F-Type, arrangements between the Prize Supplier and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the prize. Delivery of the vehicles could take over 12 months, depending on stock availability. All vehicles include all on-road costs, excluding motor vehicle insurance.
If the Grand Prize winner chooses to take the $150,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by an Activ representative.

Only tickets purchased before midnight, Wednesday, 8 November 2023 are eligible for the Early Bird prize.
*If all tickets are sold before midnight, Wednesday, 8 November 2023 then the Early Bird Prize and Grand Prize draws will be completed on Friday, 10 November 2023. If tickets remain after the Early Bird sales close, only the Early Bird Prize draw will be completed on Friday, 10 November 2023. Each ticket purchased before the Early Bird sales close is also eligible to win the Grand Prize.
GRAND PRIZE DRAW: Friday, 1 December 2023
Tickets purchased after the Early Bird sales close and before the final ticket sales close at midnight, Wednesday, 29 November 2023 are eligible to win the Grand Prize.
All winners will be published on activbetteroddslottery.com.au within 48 hours of all draws being completed.
