The following people are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Activ Board members, Executive Managers, ticket fulfilment staff and employees associated with the lottery draw. Any family members of the above residing at the same address are also prohibited from purchasing tickets.

Activ Foundation’s management reserves the right to refuse a purchase from a person or person(s) deemed to not be acting in the best interest of the organisation, without notice or explanation.

A valid ticket holder is eligible to participate in the Activ Better Odds Lottery and win a prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.

By purchasing a ticket in this lottery, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity, as required if they are drawn as a prize winner.

Winners are responsible for claiming their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prize winners will be notified in writing. The total retail value of the prize pool is $170,000.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years, or older and cannot purchase a ticket under the name, or for a minor.

Maximum number of tickets in the draw 14,000. All tickets $25.

Requests for ticket refunds will need written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor Commission and this process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.

The records held by Activ shall be deemed correct and final.

EARLY BIRD PRIZE:

The Early Bird Prize winner will win a holiday for 2 to the Singapore F1 Grand Prix (2 x Super Pit Grandstand Pass, 4 nights accommodation in single rooms at Park Royal Collection Marina Bay with daily breakfast and return flights from Perth) valued at $20,000 from Travel and Sports Australia.

Arrangements between Travel and Sports Australia and the Early Bird Prize winner will commence immediately after the draw. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 3 months.

The Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Final Draw.

GRAND PRIZE:

The Grand Prize winner will have the option to accept the Lexus GX550 or the Round the World Holiday (RTW airfares flying in First Class or Business Class where First Class is not offered, 5 star hotels and return private transfers to the value of $40k and $40k spending money) or $130,000 in cash. The Grand Prize winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.

If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the Lexus GX550, arrangements between the Prize Supplier and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the prize. Delivery of the vehicles could take over 12 months, depending on stock availability. All vehicles include all on-road costs, excluding motor vehicle insurance.

If the Grand Prize winner chooses to take the $130,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by an Activ representative.

If the Grand Prize winner chooses to take the holiday arrangements will commence immediately between Our World Travel and the Prize winner. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 3 months.

EARLY BIRD DRAW: Friday, 24 May 2024

Only tickets purchased before midnight, Wednesday, 22 May 2024 are eligible for the Early Bird prize.

*If all tickets are sold before midnight, Wednesday, 22 May 2024 then the Early Bird Prize and Grand Prize draws will be completed on Friday, 24 May 2024. If tickets remain after the Early Bird sales close, only the Early Bird Prize draw will be completed on Friday, 24 May 2024. Each ticket purchased before the Early Bird sales close is also eligible to win the Grand Prize.

GRAND PRIZE DRAW: Friday, 28 June 2024

Tickets purchased after the Early Bird sales close and before the final ticket sales close at midnight, Wednesday, 26 June 2024 are eligible to win the Grand Prize.

All winners will be published on activbetteroddslottery.com.au within 48 hours of all draws being completed.
